    Graceful Steps is designed for individuals seeking safe, affordable, co-living accommodations. It is best suited for those who are able to live independently and do not require daily medical or personal care assistance.

  • Are meals and transportation provided?

    We do not provide meals or transportation services. We assist residents in accessing transportation and food resources through a variety of community programs. Additionally, we also visit food banks periodically as a good gesture.

  • Is medical assistance provided?

    Unfortunately, Graceful Steps Housing does not provide assisted living services.

  • Can I bring my own furniture?

    Graceful Steps is fully furnished for your convenience. We provide beds, storage, a fully equipped kitchen, a shared living room, shared bathrooms, and on-site washer and dryer.

  • Are children allowed? Are pets allowed?

    Yes, children ages 18 and younger are allowed a result of their parent or guardian adult being a participant of the program.

    To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, pets are not permitted on the premises.

  • What are the rates?

    Our housing is affordably priced and includes all utilities and support services. Detailed pricing information is provided during the intake process.
